My journey started like many others: afraid of weights, glued to cardio machines, chasing the smallest version of myself. I spent years trapped in a binge-restrict cycle, eating 1,000 calories a day while lifting heavy… and wondering why I still felt exhausted, inflamed, and unhappy. Then came the weight gain. Then came COVID. Then came the breaking point — physically, mentally, spiritually.
But rock bottom became a turning point. I discovered macros. I fell in love with lifting. I stopped chasing skinny and started building strength!
Now, after 10 years of trial & error through many different phases, I help other women do the same. My coaching is rooted in sustainability, body positivity, and building a life (and body) you don’t want to escape from. And I promise: you don’t need to be perfect to change your life. You just need a plan, support, and the willingness to try again!
